Return Eligibility
At susmiescollection.com, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items with original tags and packaging. Exclusions apply to:
- Final sale items (marked “Non-Refundable”)
- Underwear, swimwear, and pierced jewelry for hygiene reasons
- Customized/personalized products.
Return Process
- Initiate Return: Log in to your account at susmiescollection.com/returns or contact our Help Center.
- Ship Back: Use the provided prepaid label (EU) or self-arrange shipping (international).
- Return Fees: Deducted from refund (Spain: €5; EU Zone 1: €10; EU Zone 2: €15; Worldwide: €25) .
- Inspection: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after receiving your return.

- Bank transfer (provide IBAN details)
- Store Credit: Opt for a digital gift card (no return fees apply) .
Non-Refundable Costs
- Original shipping fees
- Customs duties (international orders)
- Return shipping for non-faulty items.
Damaged/Defective Items
Contact our Help Center within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video evidence for replacement or full refund (including shipping costs)
